A creamy buffalo dressing that is the perfect condiment for wraps, burrito bowls, and salads! Use yogurt for a thicker dressing or kefir or buttermilk for a thinner one. I tend to utilize whatever I have in the fridge. Add fresh herbs if you got them or use with your favorite salsa.
ingredients
6 oz (2/3 Cups) Yogurt (whole milk & Greek, preferred), Kefir, and/or buttermilk
1/4 Cup (2-3 limes) Fresh Lime Juice
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
2 - 4 Tablespoons Frank's Hot Sauce, to taste
1/2 - 1 Teaspoon Table Salt, or to taste
1 oz Chives and/or Cilantro, chopped (optional)

Put all ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth. Alternatively, if you don't have a food processor or blender, just finely chop the herbs and thoroughly blend with all other ingredients.
Toss all ingredients into a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
Serve on salads, wraps, or use as a dip for appetizers. Keep refrigerated in an airtight container or mason jar. Makes about 11 oz or 1 1/4 cups.
